Participants will gain insight into the seven domains of wellness and how stress influences the body. Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, attendees will learn effective stress management techniques. By the end of the session, participants will leave with actionable skills to reduce stress, enhance their well-being, and create a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

Presenters
Michaela Roberts is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with seven years of experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Louisiana Tech University and has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Functional Family Therapy (FFT).
As the Clinical Coordinator for The Center for Children and Families’ Monroe FFT Team, Michaela brings expertise in both in-home and in-office therapy. In her roles as both a counselor and supervisor, she is deeply committed to empowering individuals to recognize and achieve their fullest potential. Her passion lies in equipping clients with the tools needed to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. Michaela also believes in the vital role of quality helpers in the world and is dedicated to ensuring they receive the support and care they need to thrive.
