Educational Goal
The educational goal of this workshop is to increase understanding of how disintegration affects client care and team functioning and how mentalization can support reintegration.
Description
In the final session of our workshop, we will integrate key concepts from previous sessions to examine how disintegration affects client care and team functioning, often leading to conflict and unmet needs. Disintegration commonly occurs when teams struggle to reach a shared understanding of the problem and how to address it. We will explore what integrated teams look like in practice and how mentalization can support the process of reintegration. Participants will also learn and apply a skill designed to address disintegration in client care, with the goal of fostering greater mentalization across the team.
