Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • Interpret TMS treatment outcomes using standardized clinical measures (e.g., PHQ-9, HAM-D, GAD-7), including distinctions between response and remission.

  • Compare TMS outcomes with antidepressant treatment outcomes in patients with treatment-resistant depression using evidence from clinical and real-world studies.

  • Evaluate the clinical implications of different TMS protocols, including sequential bilateral and accelerated approaches, within an integrated treatment model.

Educational Goal

This activity is designed to enhance clinicians’ ability to interpret TMS outcomes, evaluate evidence across protocols, and apply research findings to optimize treatment planning within a multimodal care framework.
