Charles "Chuck" Weber, DO
Dr. Charles "Chuck" Weber is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Family Care Center. Founded in 2016, the company provides integrated behavioral health care clinical services, including therapy, medication management, mental health intensive outpatient programs, psychological testing, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). They operate in nearly 50 locations across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Tennessee, and Texas.    Dr. Weber is a prior-enlisted infantryman in the U.S. Army and was the Chief of the Department of Behavioral Health at Ft. Carson, CO, retiring in 2016 after 27 years in uniform. With two overseas deployments, including as the 1st Cavalry Division psychiatrist in Iraq, he boasts extensive leadership experience at various Army levels.  He is a world-renowned TMS expert and currently serves on the Clinical TMS Society Board of Directors, where he was recently appointed a CTMSS Fellow. Under his leadership, Family Care Center has completed over 135,000 TMS treatments, trained more than 140 mental health professionals, and achieved superior clinical outcomes that surpass national benchmarks.
