Description

Working with individuals struggling with eating disorders can be profoundly meaningful—and profoundly demanding. Clinicians frequently encounter emotional fatigue, high caseload complexity, and the overall toll of recovery setbacks, all of which may contribute to burnout. This course provides professionals with evidence-based strategies to recognize, prevent, and restore resilience in the face of occupational stress. Through self-reflection, practical tools, and guided resilience-building practices, participants will strengthen their ability to sustain effective, compassionate care while maintaining personal well-being.
