Join Jamie Tworkowski, founder of To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA), and a panel of experts for an event focused on the actions that can save lives. We'll view a new documentary sharing TWLOHA's beginnings and impact, and discuss the power of working together to build awareness and make a difference.

Panelists will include TWLOHA executive director Lindsay Kolsch and Newport Healthcare's Jennifer Dragonette, PsyD, and Sophia Iovenitti, PsyD. We encourage professionals, parents, and young adults to attend—you'll leave moved, inspired, and motivated to be part of this vital work.

Jamie Tworkowski
Jamie Tworkowski founded To Write Love on Her Arms in 2006, born from an attempt to help a friend and tell a story. He stepped away in 2021 to focus on speaking and writing, and has been leading small-group conversations and offering one-on-one coaching since 2023. A two-time TEDx speaker, Jamie has inspired audiences at events in all 50 states and in countries around the world. He is the New York Times bestselling author of If You Feel Too Much.
Lindsay Kolsch has spent 17 years building her career at To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA), rising from Operations Coordinator to Executive Director of a mental-health movement that has invested over $4.7 million in treatment and recovery and now reaches more than 100 million people annually. She leads organizational strategy, finance, fundraising, and business operations, and has been the driving force behind the Treatment & Recovery Scholarship program and the FIND HELP Tool, connecting thousands of people to mental-health resources each year. A frequent public speaker and media guest on nonprofit leadership, shared-executive models, and mental-health advocacy, Lindsay believes access to care should never depend on ability to pay.
Sophia Iovenitti Psy.D., has more than 15 years of experience supporting youth, young adults, and families across a variety of clinical and non-clinical settings. She holds a doctoral degree in Psychology - Behavioral Health Leadership from Walden University and a master’s in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California. In 2020, Sophia joined Newport Healthcare’s Alumni Department, where she helps young people and families stay connected to recovery and long-term healing. With a background in child development and clinical psychology, she is a passionate advocate for hope, healing, and family connection. Sophia also serves as the host for Newport Healthcare’s podcast, Shift Happens, sharing stories from our alumni, families, and treatment experts. Her motivation for her work is her own lived experience, and her belief that every story is unique and every individual deserves love and compassion
Dr. Jennifer Dragonette, Psy.D., is an experienced practitioner, supervisor, and instructor of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches to treatment. She has dedicated her career to helping clients create more authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. Dr. Dragonette was the founding Executive Director for Newport Healthcare in Northern California, a series of residential and outpatient treatment centers for adolescents and young adults with mental health and addiction challenges. As Executive Director, Dr. Dragonette established nine separate treatment facilities and oversaw all clinical and operational aspects of treatment. Previously, Dr. Dragonette was the Director of Behavioral Health for Petaluma Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Petaluma, California. In that role, she coordinated the full integration of the Behavioral Health and Primary Care teams to ensure high quality, collaborative care. Dr. Dragonette also served in both clinical and leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa’s Addiction Medicine and Recovery Services. She has been featured in hundreds of TV, print, and online media outlets nationwide as an expert in trauma, relationships and family systems, healthy boundaries, anxiety, and adolescent mental health. She was educated at Phillips Exeter Academy, Princeton University, and the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium. Dr. Dragonette currently trains clinicians throughout the United States and is a licensed psychologist in private practice in Petaluma, California.
