Michael Castanon is a visionary leader and expert in behavioral healthcare with over 30 years of experience in the financial and healthcare sectors. He is the CEO and Founder of Care Predictor, a groundbreaking platform that leverages technology, data science, and AI to cultivate stronger bonds between patients and care providers.
Michael's passion for transforming lives through behavioral health led him to establish Alter Behavioral Health, a renowned primary mental health treatment center in Southern California, in 2019. He has also successfully procured and allocated over $12.5 million in grants from state and federal agencies for AlterCareLine, a virtual mental health platform that has facilitated approximately 250,000 no-cost care encounters.
Michael's unique blend of business acumen, financial expertise, and deep understanding of behavioral health makes him a sought-after professional speaker and subject matter expert. He is committed to driving transformational change in the behavioral healthcare industry by promoting human connection, leveraging technology, and empowering individuals and communities.
Glenn Hadley is the Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer at JGHealthcare Solutions, where he oversees growth strategy and partnerships for the organization. With extensive experience in healthcare marketing, behavioral health thought leadership, and scaling organizations, Glenn brings a broad and informed perspective to the behavioral healthcare industry. Before co-founding JGHealthcare, he served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at Dreamscape Marketing, where he played a pivotal role in revitalizing marketing strategies and fostering professional relationships to expand healing into new markets.
Glenn’s ability to scale businesses across multiple verticals has enabled him to design and implement fully integrated business systems for diverse healthcare organizations. As a former professional tennis player, coach, and director, Glenn’s leadership and team-building skills translate seamlessly into the healthcare space, fostering collaboration and community organization. His inspiring personal recovery journey continues to spread hope and motivation wherever he speaks, further strengthening his impact in the behavioral healthcare industry.

Drew LaBoon is the Director of Operations for Pathways Recovery Centers and has been there since June 2023. He started in the admissions department in 2020, then worked in outreach where he lead fentanyl overdose awareness events across the state. He is a Griffin Communications/News 9 contributor to discuss the opioid and fentanyl crisis and serves on the board for the National Recovery Rally. Prior to that he worked various job in the defense contracting industry following his retirement from the military in 2016.
Drew served honorably under United States Special Operations Command for 17 years, has multiple combat deployments, and numerous awards and decorations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Boston College in 2017 and originally planned on working for the intelligence community. His career in drugs and alcohol started shortly after.
His experience with addiction and alcoholism extends to both his personal and professional life. Two inpatient treatment episodes, and 5 detox treatment centers over a 4-year period provide Drew with an intimate understanding of addiction. In 2019 he admitted to residential treatment for the final time at the facility he now works for. Pathways Recovery Centers, along with actions taken in a 12-step recovery program, saved his life. Sharing his experience, strength and hope is the keystone of his own recovery; helping others know they are not alone, and recovery is possible.
