As the Chief Operating Officer at Pathways Recovery Centers, I oversee strategic growth initiatives, operational efficiencies, and the integration of cutting-edge solutions to improve client care and outcomes.

With a deep background in revenue cycle management software, AI-driven admissions and alumni engagement, and clinical technology, I specialize in optimizing workflows, predictive outcome modeling, and increasing productivity for clinicians and organizations. My work with platforms like Dazos and Pretaa biometric wearables underscores my commitment to using data-driven insights to enhance recovery support and long-term success for clients.

In addition to my role at Pathways, I serve as the Co-Founder and President of the Board at Pathways to Innovation, a nonprofit dedicated to driving technology-enabled solutions in behavioral health. Through research, collaboration, and implementation of cutting-edge tools, we aim to improve treatment outcomes, expand access to care, and create sustainable innovations that transform the industry.

Beyond my leadership at Pathways, I am the founder of The NeptuneBoon Group, where I consult with treatment centers on operational excellence, real estate holdings, and emerging technology. I have demoed every major EMR in the industry and continue to evaluate how technology can streamline operations while improving quality of care.

I am a retired Special Operator with over 17 years of service and multiple combat deployments. My military experience shaped my adaptability, strategic thinking, and ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments. I bring that same mission-focused mindset to my work—ensuring that every initiative contributes to sustainable growth and better patient outcomes.
