Drew LaBoon

As Chief Operating Officer of Warriors Heart, I lead the daily operations and strategic planning for our facilities dedicated to providing specialized, compassionate care for veterans, active military, and first responders facing substance use and co-occurring disorders.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning healthcare, military operations, and organizational leadership, including 17 years under US Special Operations Command, I bring a firsthand understanding of the culture, challenges, and resilience of the warrior community to everything we do at Warriors Heart. My background in operational efficiency, strategic planning, and interpersonal leadership helps drive both organizational excellence and the recovery outcomes our clients deserve.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Boston College and a Master of Science in Management Studies from MIT's Sloan School of Management.

I'm passionate about advancing the quality and accessibility of recovery services for those who have served our country and communities, and about empowering both staff and clients to achieve lasting change. I work closely with executive teams, clinical staff, and community partners to ensure our programs reflect the highest standards of care and honor the sacrifice and strength of the warriors we serve.
