Heartbreak & Hormones is a trauma informed workshop that explores how relational loss impacts the nervous system, hormonal regulation, and emotional identity. Through a blend of psychoeducation, attachment theory, somatic principles, and reflective practice, clinicians will learn how to help clients understand their symptoms, normalize emotional collapse, and rebuild internal safety. This training provides practical tools, clinical language, and regulation strategies that support stabilization, identity reconstruction, and secure functioning after heartbreak.

Participants will be able to:

Describe the impact of relational loss on the nervous system and hormonal regulation.

Identify at least three biological, psychological, or spiritual components of emotional collapse following heartbreak.
