Description

Heartbreak & Hormones is a trauma informed workshop that explores how relational loss impacts the nervous system, hormonal regulation, and emotional identity. Through a blend of psychoeducation, attachment theory, somatic principles, and reflective practice, clinicians will learn how to help clients understand their symptoms, normalize emotional collapse, and rebuild internal safety. This training provides practical tools, clinical language, and regulation strategies that support stabilization, identity reconstruction, and secure functioning after heartbreak.
