Kenya Dennis, M.Ed., LPCS, is a clinical therapist, author, and educator specializing in trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and attachment-based healing. With extensive experience supporting individuals through heartbreak, identity disruption, and relational trauma, she integrates psychological science, nervous system education, and practical therapeutic tools to help clients restore emotional stability and relational safety.

Kenya is the author of Heartbreak & Hormones and the creator of the Heartbreak & Hormones Workshop, a framework designed to help clinicians understand the intersection of emotional pain, physiological responses, and attachment patterns.
