Description
Emotional intelligence (EI) has been defined in several different ways including as an an ability, a broad form of intelligence, and/or as a set of socio-emotional attributes (SEA). This webinar focuses on the ability model of EI and its objective assessment, using newly-revised Mayer Salovey Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test, Second Edition (MSCEIT-2). The application of this updated, ability-based measure in executive assessment and coaching will be explored through real-world case studies.
