Description
Developing professional skills is an important part of becoming a Recovery Specialist. Through strengthening skills such as organization, problem-solving, boundaries, and listening skills, a Recovery Specialist will become more proficient in communication, collaboration and competence in helping their clients to long-term recovery This module is designed for anyone looking to enhance their professional skills and foster trusting relationships, whether in a professional setting, supporting a client or engaging with the community. We’ll demonstrate practical techniques – from appearance and communication to problem solving and growing interpersonal skills, and boundaries and burnout. We’ll share real-life scenarios and relatable examples, turning theory into practice so you can feel prepared for any situation that comes your way.
