Description

In this module, we’ll build on three key skills that are essential for fostering meaningful change: Motivational Interviewing, Listening Skills, and Stages of Change. Together, we’ll explore how these tools can help you create a safe space for your clients, empowering them to find their own paths to recovery, using the right questions and active listening to help them discover their own motivations. You’ll learn how to recognize where your clients are in their recovery journey and how to tailor your approach to meet them where they are. We’ll share real-life scenarios, practical exercises, and engaging discussions that will make these concepts come alive.
