Wren Goolsby

Wren Goolsby is 52 years of age he was born in Long Beach, CA then raised in Huntington Beach, CA. Wren has always showed leadership qualities by the age of eighteen he owned his first business running valet services for restaurants in Newport Beach then at the age of 23 he started his own distributing company delivering fresh produce to accounts such as Wahoo’s fish taco.

Wren Goolsby attended Edison High School. Then he attended Orange Coast College by his third year he was well on his way owning and running a successful Produce company delivering fresh produce to 80 different restaurants here in orange county.

Wren is active member of the A.A. community.
• Wren Manages/Owns Keystone Sober Living For men in Costa Mesa, CA. and is Co-Owner of Higher Purpose Recovery Sober living for Women.
• Wren sponsors men in A.A. and has taken them successfully through the 12 steps of recovery.
• Wren holds and runs A.A. meeting for men every Thursday and Sunday evening for the men staying at Keystone Sober living.

In addition to wren being an active member in the A.A. community he attends regular A.A. meetings sponsors men in A.A and has been sober for over 14 years. Wren loves helping other alcoholic, and addicts try to change their lives for the better. He also enjoys surfing, scuba diving and snowboarding. Wren is active in kickboxing, working out & eating healthy which is a huge part of his daily recovery!

Wren started working in recovery for Hired Power being a personal recovery assistant in 2007 helping them with safe passage. Clients that just had intervention he would then take them safely across the US to varies treatment facility that were right for them. Wren quickly worked well with others and started working with clients one on one after they completed their treatment program, Wren would help the clients get acclimated back in their hometown with recovery, living a healthier life style and working in the world again and he loved it.

Wren then went on to working in the treatment industry 2009 in different management positions for having a keen since of how business ran. Wren being on the front lines of recovery it became very natural for him to become a leader in this industry. Wren then went on to take a role as a Program Director in 2014 for LEAD Recovery Center which was a new treatment center with the philosophy of it being a six month to one year program, with a strong emphasis on Life skills, budgeting, building credit, working and doing recovery. Wren help build the company up to a 23-bed facility and it is still operating to this day.

Wren is a team player and is very likeable person he really truly cares about the wellbeing of others and tries to make a difference in people’s lives for the better.
Wren has always excelled in personnel goals and when he has made his mistakes in life, he learned from them to hopefully show other people what not to do.
Wren has a loving mother and father who are still happily married after 50 years. Wrens’ folks have taught him good strong family values and family is very important to him especially in his recovery
