Will Alexander began his behavioral health work in 1986 in Eagan Minnesota working with substance use disorders in adolescents. Mr. Alexander pursued work in both clinical and business operations during the next 34 years. He has worked in various roles including therapist, supervisor, clinical director, strategic management, and employee assistance specialist/consultant with several firms including two Fortune 500 companies -Republic Industries/AutoNation USA and GE-Genpact. Mr. Alexander is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Certified Sexual Addiction Counselor, and a DOT certified Substance Abuse Professional. His education includes two graduate programs-Organizational Behavior/Industrial-Organizational Psychology (University of North Texas) and Counseling (Amberton University). Mr. Alexander specializes in multiple addictions, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma informed therapy (EMDR and REMAPT trained), Men’s issues, and Employee Assistance issues. Mr. Alexander resides in Dallas, Texas where he enjoys several outdoor sports, raising his Labrador, and spending time with his wife/family.
