Wendy Insalaco

Dr. Wendy Insalaco, PhD, LCADC, LCPC, leads organization-wide initiatives at the intersection of research, innovation, and clinical excellence. Dr. Insalaco oversees the administration of services (Model of Care) for Ashley Addiction Treatment. She stewards the alignment of strategy, best practices, and services across all levels of care while also driving the integration of emerging evidence into care delivery, outcomes measurement, and system-wide improvement efforts. Through leadership in internal research, program evaluation, and scholarly dissemination, Dr. Insalaco ensures Ashley remains a data-informed, research-engaged, and outcomes-driven organization committed to continuous improvement, compassionate care, and advancement in the field of substance use disorder treatment.
