She is the Founder and CEO of Sex Therapy Pro, the nation’s pioneering AI-driven sex therapy platform that blends evidence-based clinical expertise with cutting-edge technology.

Vanessa earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Johns Hopkins University, where she deepened her training in evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

With over a decade of experience in therapy, Vanessa specializes in trauma-informed, consent-centered, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. Her clinical approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, attachment theory, and the work of leading sexual health experts such as Emily Nagoski, Barry & Emily McCarthy, Ian Kerner, and Linda Weiner.
