Experienced and skilled mental health clinician with an all-consuming fire-burning passion! A demonstrated successful history of being a human rising from the ashes of life and a leader in the non-profit industry. She then transitioned into private practice with a well-established and reputable group, Therapy Resource Associates, and is now actively moving forward in the next step of entrepreneurship by transitioning her private practice business into a collaborative she co-owns with business partner and fellow passion-driver, Shelli Reams!

Skilled in treating a variety of symptoms and diagnoses in the human experience, including but not limited to: complex trauma and trauma reactivity, poor self-esteem and self-worth, codependency and hyper-independence, internal conflict, attachment disruptions, substance abuse (SUDs) and other forms of self-medication, anxiety, and other mood and emotional distresses and impairments. The miracles of enhanced psyche are collaboratively engaged in through the utilization of marrying mind, body, and spirit through scientifically researched evidence-based practices. This provider holds a specialized certification and consultant-in-training status in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through EMDRIA - the Internation Association. Other training and or certifications are held in effective and validated modalities, including: Sandtray, Ego State approaches (such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Developmental Needs Meeting Strategies (DNMS), etc.), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET/CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Collaborative Assessment & Management of Suicidality (CAMS), and Spiritual Exploration.

She also has a strong desire to play a small but integral role in the development of other ethical and competent professionals, as demonstrated by being a practicum educational instructor for both undergraduate and graduate students, holding CIT status with EMDRIA, and providing licensure supervision at the graduate and independent clinical levels of the social work discipline.
