Tim Jones

Tim Jones, MS, LPC

Tim Jones is a behavioral health leader and Licensed Professional Counselor (SC) with extensive experience developing and overseeing evidence-based behavioral health services for children and families. He joined Grace Harbour in 2022 to help lead the organization's expansion into South Carolina, where he has guided the growth of evidence-based programs and additional behavioral health services across the state.

Prior to Grace Harbour, Tim spent more than a decade overseeing long-term care programs serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals with significant behavioral and medically complex needs. He holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and has provided outpatient counseling to individuals, couples, and families, with clinical experience treating anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and relational concerns.

Tim is licensed as a Professional Counselor in South Carolina and Georgia, as well as a Mental Health Counselor in Florida. He is passionate about advancing trauma-informed, evidence-based practices that strengthen children, families, and communities while fostering collaborative, relationship-centered systems of care.
