Terri Goldstein is a national board-certified, licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) who began her career as a therapist in 2017 after a 30-year career in non-profit human services. She earned her Master's Degree from the University of Phoenix. Terri is an integrative counselor who is IFS-informed, and has additional certifications in clinical trauma and grief. "My counseling approach is founded on the tenets of Humanistic and Person-Centered theory. I use a variety of clinical approaches to reach my clients in body, mind, and spirit."
Terri is a native Floridian who has lived in the Salt Lake City area since 2010. She and her husband have been married for 39 years and have two children. Their daughter manages CrossFit gym in Orem. Their son passed away 17 years ago at the age of 20. Terri says that her son's tragic passing was the catalyst to her following a lifelong dream to be a mental health counselor. Terri cherishes her time with her two cats, attends CrossFit, and enjoys being outdoors.
