I offer a person-centered approach and am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and have earned a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) designation.
My goal is to help individuals live their best lives by providing a confidential, affirmative, safe, and supportive environment.
