I received advanced training in mental health and adventure therapy. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical behavioral therapy and EMDR therapy . I concentrate in the treatment of depression,anxiety, PTSD, personal growth, relationship issues, adjustment to life transition, grief, loss,and bipolar.I am an EMDR provider treating adult patients for relief from: trauma, abuse, anger, guilt, grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD and other emotional issues. I believe that the mind, body and spirit are important in promoting lasting wellness.
