Shai Bishop

Welcome! My name is Shai Bishop, and I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and heal from past trauma. I graduated from Xavier University in 2023 with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I utilize evidence-based techniques such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy), and Motivational Interviewing to empower clients to create lasting positive change.

I specialize in trauma, psychosis, LGBTQIA+ issues, and sexual disorders, providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and experiences. While I primarily work with adults, I also have experience helping adolescents manage the complexities of growing up and coping with mental health struggles.
