Sarie Scott

Sarie is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and registered for National Board for Certificate Counselor (NCC). She received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her specialties include addiction, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Sarie uses an integrative approach in therapy, and draws from psychodynamic theories, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her approach is to provide therapy which combines self-exploration, empowerment, and skill building. Her goal is to support individuals and families in gaining a deeper awareness, resilience, and emotional regulation skills to aid in navigating life’s challenges.
