Ruskee Landgren

Welcome! My name is Ruskee Landgren, and I am excited about the possibility of working with you to address your mental health needs. As a Licensed therapist, I strive to provide an environment that is warm and welcoming. Having a trusting relationship is important in therapy, and I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and valued as a person. Using a person-in-environment approach, I will help you to understand not only the concerns that brought you to therapy, but also environmental factors and other systems around you that could have an impact on your ability to progress and grow.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker providing a generalist approach to practice, with an emphasis in children, adolescents and adults, ages 11-65. A generalist or holistic approach considers multiple dimensions of human functioning, such as biological, social, and psychological factors, and draws from many theories and best practices.
