Rob Strauber, CIP, CAI-II, CFRS, CRS - I provide specialized intervention and complex family systems coaching for families facing addiction, serious mental illness, and emotional crisis—situations where delay, confusion, or missteps can carry real and lasting consequences. My work integrates ARISE (A Relational Intervention Sequence for Engagement) and CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training), two gold-standard, evidence-based models that help families engage resistant loved ones in care while restoring boundaries, safety, and stability.

When families are exhausted, frightened, and unsure what to do next, I bring structure, clarity, and coordinated action. Through non-confrontational intervention, early-recovery support, and strategic family coaching, I stabilize volatile systems and align everyone around a path forward that protects both the person at risk and the people who love them.
