One of the most important aspects for me, as a professional working with others is "First do no harm." I do my best to treat everyone with dignity, respect and unconditional positive regard. A good therapist does not tell others what they should or should not do, but rather they are there to be the facilitator of the mind's own healing process. As a therapist in the counseling profession I am comfortable with myself, understand my limitations and will not force my morals or values upon you.
