About
Hello. My name is Rachel, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas (LPC # 73836), Colorado (LPC # 0018280), Pennsylvania (LPC # PC016647), and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maine (LCPC # CC7236) with nine years of experience providing individual counseling. I strive to create a supportive and accepting environment for clients. I believe empathy is a vital aspect of therapy. People are unique in their struggles with issues, including self-harm, depression, anxiety, relationships, chronic pain, body-focused repetitive behaviors, gender identity, sexual orientation, gender expression, self-esteem, disabilities (e.g., intellectual, developmental, learning, and physical), and life transitions. I earned an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and a BA in Psychology from Texas Women’s University. Currently, I only offer online psychotherapy and in-person sessions two days in the week in Dallas, TX.
