Quinn Gee-Edwards

Quinn Gee-Edwards, LPC, LCPC, is a licensed professional counselor, clinical director, and behavioral health leader specializing in addiction treatment, systems transformation, and workforce development. As Site Director for Sandstone Care Crownsville, Quinn leads multidisciplinary teams delivering evidence-based care while driving regulatory excellence and program expansion. She has successfully guided several programs out of corrective action, strengthened organizational compliance, and developed high-performing clinical teams across multiple states.

In addition to her executive leadership work, Quinn is the founder of Magnolia Mental Health, where she provides psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and mental health consulting. With a background spanning nonprofit leadership, residential treatment operations, and psychotherapy, Quinn is recognized for her work at the intersection of mental health access, addiction recovery, minority related issues and concers, and sustainable organizational growth. She holds a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and brings a practical, people-centered perspective to conversations about healing, leadership, and behavioral health innovation.
