Let me introduce myself—my name is Paul Collette, LADC, SAP, and I am a licensed addiction counselor in Connecticut and Massachusetts with over 30 years of experience in mental health, addiction recovery, and criminal justice. My private practice, Compass Recovery & Counseling, LLC, focuses on supporting individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders, including those involved in the legal system. I specialize in working with men, particularly those navigating federal drug courts, probation, and other high-risk situations or life changes. I also provide DOT SAP evaluations for safety-sensitive employees. I practice no-bullshit therapy—straightforward, effective, and focused on real change.
