Onassis Jones

Hello! My name is Onassis Jones, CEO/Founder at Just Breathe NOW, LLC and a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor. I am a graduate of The New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity in Psychology and Counseling and have over 20 years of experience in youth development, and mental and behavioral health.

As a counselor with an extensive career in individual, group and family counseling, I have provided opportunity youth and families alike life skills training and mental health support in southeast Louisiana via counseling, coaching, consulting and mentoring.

I specialize in cognitive behavioral techniques, grief and trauma interventions, and individual-family life skills development. Helping clients achieve optimal holistic health is my goal.
