Olivia Baylor

Olivia L. Baylor, LCPC, NCC, BC-TMH is a licensed professional counselor, educator, and clinical supervisor with advanced training in mental health assessment, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive therapy. She holds dual master’s degrees in Mental Health and Criminal Justice, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of both psychological treatment and the broader legal, social, and systemic factors that impact individuals and families.

Olivia is the owner and clinical provider at Life Revisions Counseling LLC, where she offers therapy services for adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and complex cultural or identity-related challenges. Her clinical training includes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed interventions, and structured therapeutic techniques that support emotional regulation, communication, and long-term coping skills. Sessions are collaborative, goal-oriented, and grounded in ethical practice and professional boundaries.

In addition to her clinical work, Olivia is the founder of My Mental Health University, a professional education platform that provides continuing education and specialized training for mental health professionals and allied helping fields. Through this work, she develops and delivers trainings on trauma-informed care, domestic violence awareness, immigration and forensic mental health evaluations, cultural competence, and professional practice development.
