Nicole Fenoglio

Nicole Fenoglio, LSCSW is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience specializing in the treatment of trauma and anxiety disorders. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Wichita State University and currently provides individual therapy in private practice. Her professional background includes inpatient psychiatric care with adolescents, adults, and older adults; residential addiction treatment; work with individuals with traumatic brain injuries; and extensive service with military and veteran populations. Nicole has been deeply involved in suicide prevention efforts, including founding and directing a nonprofit organization and contributing to community coalitions. She has presented at KU School of Medicine–Wichita and across various community settings. In addition to her clinical work, Nicole provides supervision to master’s-level social workers. Her therapeutic approach integrates several evidence-based modalities, with primary use of Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy, and she emphasizes the importance of sleep health through training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.
