My goal is to help ease my clients into something new and unfamiliar with comfort and acceptance.My interests and areas of specialty include, but are not limited to; relationship issues, family conflict, addiction and recovery, self-esteem, infidelity, body image, depression, anxiety, coping skills, and life transitions and personal growth. I am very passionate about working with couples to help improve intimacy and navigate relationship difficulties.
