I believe in recovery, growth, and the ability to have the quality of life you imagine. Deciding to seek out therapy is a big step that can be overwhelming and anxiety provoking. Asking for help takes strength and courage. I create a safe and non judgmental space while working collaboratively with individuals to explore goals, seek solutions, and gain insights. I have nearly 20 years of experience working with adults, especially college-age/young adults in individual counseling and group settings.
