Marissa Prince

Dr. Marissa Prince, Ph. D, LPC is the Executive Clinical Director of Peaks Recovery Centers,
where she oversees residential, PHP, and IOP programs, ensuring clinical excellence, ethical
practice, and trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. With extensive experience in higher
education, inpatient behavioral health, and community-based treatment, she leads
multidisciplinary teams, while implementing quality improvement initiatives.
A Colorado native and first-generation American, Dr. Prince brings a deeply personal
commitment to redefining mental health treatment through connection, representation, and
culturally informed practices. She is known for her leadership in developing innovative
curricula, restructuring treatment workflows, strengthening clinical training, and integrating
human-centered practices across all levels of care. She is dedicated to advancing equity, re-
humanizing treatment environments, and empowering clinicians to deliver compassionate,
evidence-based care to diverse populations.
