With a background as an art historian, consultant, and educator in museums and galleries, I bring a unique perspective to mental health care. My work is grounded in research demonstrating the profound role of creative expression in supporting psychological well-being. Artistic modalities are particularly effective in addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression and in enhancing memory, cognitive functioning, and resilience, especially for older adults.
