Linda Steinhardt

Linda is a board certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD) and certified eating disorder specialist (CEDS) with experience working in collegiate athletics, private practice, and now as the Director of Nutrition at EDCare and the Athlete EDGE Program, an eating disorder treatment facility that has a program specific for athletes. Her philosophy is rooted in supporting folks in developing positive relationships with food, grounded in HAES and Intuitive Eating. Linda aims to help her patients challenge diet culture and unlearn internalizations from it. Linda leads with compassion while remaining direct and supportive in her sessions.
