Mr. Cheung, Lik Hang (Erick) has been working for the Association of Rehabilitation of Drug Abusers of Macau as a psychological counselor since 2008 and is currently the Chief Psychological Counselor and Co-ordinator – Male Treatment Centre of the organization. Cheung was a graduate from University of Macau (Bachelor in Social Science, Psychology – Counseling Stream) and Monash University (Master in Counseling) and is currently registered as International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (IC&RC, Identity number: 802683, Macau). Cheung offers psychological counseling service and introduces Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy in the Therapeutic Community setting, and has been providing on-field supervision in psychological counseling for university students of the University of Macau and the Monash University. Cheung gives various prevention workshops in Chinese and English for schools, NGOs, government, and institutions, and has been invited as guest speaker from ARTM for the University of Macau in some of the courses regarding substance use. Cheung has represented for ARTM as the Drug Commission Member of the Macau Government for making drug-policy in Macau. Cheung is currently the Supervision Board Secretary of Macau Counseling Association, and member of the Asian Association for Substance Abuse Research, the Hong Kong Association of Professionals Specializing in Addiction Counseling, and Macau Psychology Research Society.
