LaNae Hill

LaNae Hill is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been passionate about the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2017. What began as a career quickly became a calling, and she has been dedicated to the field ever since. LaNae earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2020 and has spent her career helping individuals reach their full potential while supporting the families and professionals who serve them.

As a Lead BCBA and Practicum Supervisor, since 2022, at Chitter Chatter P.C., LaNae provides clinical leadership, mentors fellow clinicians, and helps develop future behavior analysts. She is passionate about teaching, fostering professional growth, and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for clients and families.

LaNae believes in the power of collaboration, lifelong learning, and evidence-based practice to create meaningful change. She finds great fulfillment in supporting others and is grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of clients, families, and clinicians every day.
