Kira Olson

Kira provides individual and family therapy, parent coaching, eating disorder assessments, and treatment planning services. Services are offered both online and in person, with specialties in teens and young adults, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. Kira uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach, incorporating both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral interventions. With a background in spirituality and sport, Kira is passionate about the integration of mind, body, and spirit to support individuals with holistic healing.
