About

InStride Health's treatment approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a focus on exposure therapy. Our dedicated multidisciplinary care team—consisting of a psychiatrist, therapist, and exposure coach—supports children, teens, and young adults (ages 7–22) with anxiety and/or OCD across the full range of acuity. Our goal is to help patients return to their daily lives and equip them with the tools to feel empowered when anxiety and OCD arise.

We specialize in treating young patients whose anxiety/OCD is causing significant impairments, such as school avoidance, social isolation, family disruption, and physical manifestations. Our treatment includes individual, family, and group therapy, dedicated exposure coaching, parent/caregiver support, and medication management when needed.

Additionally, we are in-network with a wide range of insurance providers, and the program typically lasts 4–12 months, depending on the patient’s individual needs. InStride has immediate availability and will never carry a waitlist.

We are currently offering services in the following states: MA, NH, ME, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, VA and OH
