Dr. Kayla Mainja is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Helen’s Project, a community-rooted organization dedicated to accessible, holistic mental health care. With a PhD in Philosophy and a deep commitment to social impact, Dr. Mainja blends clinical expertise with visionary leadership to serve individuals and families navigating complex mental health challenges.
Over the years, she has supported countless clients in managing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
