I’m passionate about building and scaling high-quality, accessible mental health care that truly meets patients where they are. As a psychiatrist and healthcare leader, I’ve had the opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical care, operations, and strategy, helping teams deliver better outcomes while creating systems that actually support the people doing the work.

My clinical experience spans caring for adolescents and adults ages 15 and older across a broad range of psychiatric conditions. I have a particular passion for women’s mental health, treatment-resistant mental health conditions, geriatric depression, and the intersection of psychiatric illness with chronic medical conditions. I believe that every patient deserves individualized, evidence-based care that recognizes the complexity of both their mental and physical health.

My experience also includes leading cross-functional teams, advancing innovative care models such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and Esketamine, and strengthening behavioral health services to improve both access and quality. I’m especially interested in how we design care that is not only effective, but also sustainable for patients, providers, and organizations alike.

I care deeply about the provider experience and believe that when clinicians are supported, empowered, and able to practice at the top of their scope, patient care naturally improves. Much of my work has focused on building collaborative, high-performing teams and fostering cultures where continuous learning, accountability, and kindness coexist.

More broadly, I’m driven by a mission to advance mental health care through thoughtful leadership and innovation. I’m particularly interested in the evolving role of AI in healthcare and how we can leverage it responsibly to enhance care delivery while keeping the human connection at the center.
