Julnyca Cadet, LCSW-QS, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health. She is the founder and clinical director of New Steps Care, a virtual group practice serving clients in Florida, Virginia, Maine, and Iowa. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions for working professionals. She is trained in EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, and solution-focused therapy. Julnyca has held leadership roles in community mental health, substance use treatment, skilled nursing, and residential programs. She holds a Master of Social Work from Barry University.
