Jessica Vidal-Navas

Jessica Vidal-Navas is an Ambulatory Operations Project Manager at Jefferson Health, where she leads a portfolio of more than 17 grant-funded healthcare and community initiatives. She has experience managing multimillion-dollar public health programs, coordinating cross-functional healthcare teams, strengthening community partnerships, and supporting initiatives addressing mental health services, HIV care, senior services, health equity, and language access. Jessica serves on Jefferson Health’s Enterprise Community Impact, Health Equity, Language Access, and Grants Steering Committees. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Western Governors University.
