Jennifer ONeil

I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 14 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals of all ages navigate life's challenges. My mission is to empower individuals to achieve mental well-being and personal growth through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience. By fostering a collaborative and client-centered approach, I strive to help each person discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and lead a fulfilling life.
I am licensed in both MA and RI. I have over 14 years of offering trauma-informed therapy. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief/loss, cancer diagnosis, life transitions (i.e., college), and relationship or family-related issues. I am also certified as a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).
