Jeff Quamme

Jeffrey Quamme is the Chief Executive Officer at the Connecticut Certification Board and the Administrator of newly formed Maine Peer Recovery Coach Certification Board (MPRCCB). An alumnus of Eastern Connecticut State University, the University of Connecticut, and Charter Oak State College, he has over 30 years of diverse experience in the behavioral health space. Jeffrey is a sought after speaker and trainer nationally with a special interest in the application of evidence based practices, ethics, and confronting some of the credibility issues that plague the SUD prevention, treatment & recovery industry. He previously sat on the Executive Committee of the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium, has been instrumental in international credential development, and currently is a member of the Mayor’s Opioid Commission in his city. Jeff is also an active podcaster and author.
