James Saxton

My name is James and it is a pleasure to meet you. I am a therapist in the State of Texas and hold the licenses of LCSW and LCDC. I have eight years of clinical experience and found myself entering into the field of mental health by way of a substance abuse treatment. I worked in various roles with Lifetime Recovery, all of which helped form me and my clinical skills. My lead into therapy is co-creating a world of safety, connection, and freedom using practices for the mind, heart, and soul. I utilize a trauma informed perspective and draw on various theories and modalities. I am looking forward to hearing from you and discerning the path forward.
