Isabella Moreno, Ed.S., M.S., NCSP, LPC, LAAC is a licensed professional counselor and licensed associate addiction counselor in Arizona with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families in schools, community agencies, and the substance use field.

Isabella works with preteens, teens, and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, executive functioning difficulties, substance-related concerns, and grief. She is especially passionate about helping those navigating traumatic loss and complex emotional experiences.

Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Isabella integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help clients better understand their stories, develop practical coping tools, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. She has also received specialized training in traumatic grief through the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics developed by Bruce D. Perry, deepening her ability to support clients impacted by trauma and loss. In addition, she is certified in Compassionate Bereavement Care.

Originally from Italy, Isabella brings cultural sensitivity, curiosity, and openness to her work with diverse clients. She believes healing happens in connection and strives to create a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
